Wow...I made it through

I'm still a bit blown away to be honest...

When i got the call from Stephen (EF) to let me know I had been shortlisted down the final six for the IWCYC Campaign I was over the moon, and from that moment on I could only really think about the next step, the 'dreaded' panel presentation.

Once that was over (which i thought went pretty well) I spent some time looking at the profiles for the other shortlisted entries and thought to myself the judges have some difficult decisions to make!...then the phone rang in the office and it was Stephen again.Wow...I'd been shortlisted again to go into the final.

I must admit its an absolute honour (really!), both for myself and for us as a business that I'd got that far and now here I am going 'heads up' to win the challenge. As I said in the campaign profile info, the most rewarding bit so far has been sitting across from some very successful, knowledgable and experience business leaders and listening to feedback from them about the business, the team and our visions, which was all positive and absolutely inspiring!

So, here we go into 4 weeks of public voting...its gonna be pretty exciting, not to mention nerve-wracking but I'm certainly looking forward to how things go. Its already been an experience for me, and it will be interesting to see just what happens next...I'll certainly keep you updated as time ticks by...
